Under the title “Returning to Nature and the Importance of Natural Food,”  IDAS Center (International Development and Services) located in Ghazieh - Qanarit Road and the New World Academic Institute of Kuwait hosted the lecturer and expert in natural medicine, Dr. Soulaima Harb, last Friday, in the presence of the director of the center, Mr. Samer Ghaddar and a number of Youth cadres and activities of the region.
The titles of the lecture focused on the importance of natural food and returning to nature in light of the prevailing economic crisis. The benefits of natural food products and alternative medicine were also presented.

In a question for us about the importance of this food workshop, Dr. Soulaima says:
Tell me what you eat and I'll tell you who you are! One of the most beautiful blessings that God has given us is health, so it must be preserved. Our goal today is to give recipes and advice to people, in addition to providing them with these recipes in the “Soulaima product” available in the market. This natural product consists of herbs and oils, and one of our most important products today are the available treatments for back and joint pain, headaches, cramps and overweight problems, in addition to strengthening the immune system and activating the liver.
Our goal today is also to give a small glimmer of hope to the people in this country.”

And about her message to youth today, Harb says: “The source of happiness, peace, tolerance and forgiveness. We must love ourselves, love our body and love life.. Our love for ourselves, people and the Lord of the worlds, our closeness to the Lord of the Worlds is the greatest happiness in life.”

On his part, Mr. Samer Ghaddar, Director of IDAS Center says:
Our main goal is to spread cultural awareness, develop development, human communication, human development and science away from sectarian and partisan politics, as we are open to the whole world. Our workshop today is one of the most important topics that we need in light of this crisis that Lebanon is suffering from, more than that, as a society we suffer from increasing commercial fraud and lies today, so we decided to do this workshop because of its importance at all levels.”

It is noteworthy that the IDAS Center is a comprehensive integrated service center with an Arab identity, established in 2012, officially licensed in the Lebanese Republic and approved by several international and Arab bodies. It provides a range of public services: training, development, project management, keeping pace with the requirements of the labor market and meeting the needs of society in various fields. It works independently and free of politics, fanaticism and sectarianism, in partnership and solidarity with Arab and international institutions and training bodies. Among its goals are capacity building, skills development, raising the cultural and intellectual level for all segments of society, preserving the environment and serving the community.
