The meeting was held in the main hall of the Ghazieh Center - Qanairet,
and it began with a moment of silence for the souls of the martyrs.
The head of the organization, Samer Ghadar, delivered a speech welcoming the attendees
and presented many ideas and projects that IDAS wishes to undertake locally and internationally.
He emphasized the necessity of membership and joining IDAS,
as well as creating additional local and international partnerships
that align with the goals and aspirations of the organization in serving sustainable development.
For his part, the Director of Media at IDAS, Mohamed Ghazala,
proposed ways to enhance membership and provide opportunities
for associations and institutions to join the organization to spread benefit
and raise awareness in the fields of training and consulting.
General Assembly member Bassam Bazoun made a comment
highlighting the need to keep pace with training approaches and effective communication
by improving the quality of training and aligning it with reality.
The Director of IDAS in the Mount Lebanon region, Naji Abdullah, stated:
'We must strive every moment to develop our capabilities and improve the level of services we provide.'
Also, educator Nahid Soussan, a member of the General Assembly,
praised the steps that IDAS wishes to take and expressed her willingness to cooperate,
particularly in creating new opportunities for the younger generations.
Among the prominent attendees at the meeting were:
Pierre Jadoun, Moussa Souidan, Vivian Sidawi, Mustafa Rakin, and Petra Badr,
along with a distinguished group of trainers in various fields sharing the ideas discussed.
The meeting concluded with a general discussion session.
